SoulCraft Coaching Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations:
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
  • No-shows: Full session fee will be charged.
Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In case of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling: We'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests within the same week, subject to availability.
Refunds: No refunds for missed sessions or late cancellations.
Multiple Cancellations: Frequent cancellations may result in the termination of the coaching relationship.
