Commit to yourself. Heal deeply. Live Fully.

Meet our head Coach
-Jewels-

My approach to coaching is grounded in the belief that true healing and growth emerge from aligning the body, mind, and spirit. I bring a diverse background to my work, including somatic psychology, religious studies (spanning Christian, Buddhist, Islamic traditions, and more), and a deep connection to indigenous practices. These practices draw from Native American, Colombian, Ecuadorian, Hawaiian, Australian, and other cultures, with a special focus on ceremonial rites and healing traditions that honor the sacredness of life.

In addition to this spiritual and cultural framework, I am a certified mediator and hold certification in psychological first aid for trauma response. This blend of knowledge equips me to guide clients in a grounded, compassionate, and empowering way—offering practical tools for healing and personal transformation.

We founded Soulcraft Coaching to help individuals move forward on their paths and heal from traumas. I’ve seen firsthand how challenging it can be to break free from old patterns and emotional wounds, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can do this deep work with clarity and confidence.

I work with individuals who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. My coaching methods combine somatic psychologypositive psychologysystems thinkingmindfulness, and nutrition -balancing a holistic approach that supports the whole person. Whether through understanding the wisdom of the body, uncovering unexamined beliefs, integrating new discoveries or finding ways to nourish yourself, my goal is to walk alongside you in your journey toward lasting growth and transformation.
